The product appears to be fine and seems accurate enough. 2 complaints: The battery door falls off easily. But I can fix it myself. Another complaint is that some lines don't appear on the liquid crystal humidity display. In particular, the top and two right lines. So if the humidity is 70, it will show 0. Since it costs almost what I paid to send it back and otherwise it works fine, I get to a place where I can check the humidity. Having read it and reduced it to a reasonable number, I save it. I'm pretty sure mine is just an accident and if I order another one I'll be fine. That main issue aside, if mine works well I may order another one in the future.
