Power cord for vans with safety release
This item is used for detachable power cords for vans but with a very efficient and safe connection. Installing an outlet on an existing wiring box by adding a box extension and outlet cover. Used a similar product as a replacement on a boat after an old screw cap nearly caught fire. Yes it is expensive but I consider it a real insurance! With a detachable power cord, you can remove the cord in seconds and store it elsewhere instead of pulling it in and out of the compartment.
