They don't have central groove for heat dissipation and wear indicator. They are consistently solid. Does not match the description or the picture. I only installed the backs because I needed them, but I can throw away the fronts until I can see how the backs work. Update: During Daytona Bike Week, these pads are loud. Squeaks and noises when braking in reverse. I can just leave because they are noisy. They are properly installed and noisy.
