surprisingly comfortable. I'm 6ft real and 305lbs and I slept like a dream. it stays filled through the night didn't male me sweat because the fabric that covers the vynl on the top of the mattress.the foot pump is trash though so you're better off using a portable camping pump like I did.For $20 this was fabulous and served as my weekend bed. now I use it as a guest bed when I have relatives or friends over and they all live it too. one friend had severe back issues and he thought this was more comfortable than my actual mattress, go figure.
