Not dark enough good for me

I travel east on my ride to work and west on they way home, so I need something that will stop the sun from killing my eyes. The visor on my car does not extend far enough, so I thought I'd give this a try.On the plus side, it is easy to install and you can do so without blocking the mirror on you visor. The pull-down transparent screen is easy to operate, and I like that it is gray and not amber like other sun-blocking screens. The straps have held up well, much better than those that come with clips that break easily. However, it is not a great fit with my visor (Honda HRV 2019). The rounded roof is barely compatible with the side pull-out panel. I have to pull it out while the visor is up, then flip the whole thing down and curve that side panel to make it work. It also tends to get stuck. I made the mistake of pushing that panel back in once, and I had to remove the visor to wiggle it free again. Obviously not something you can do while driving and you need to quickly pull out the panel to block the sun.I also wish the transparent pull-down screen was a little darker. It does block glare a little bit, but barely makes a difference in blocking any sunlight. I was hoping for something with more of a sunglasses type tint. It's a great concept and design; I just wish it did a better job of blocking sunlight. I would buy it again, but only if the panel gets a darker tint.
