Let me start by saying that if you are looking for a chipping exercise mat, the Champkey mat may be for you, but for serious training it may not be the best choice. Revain and Revain and Chamkey were very responsive to my issues and quickly issued a replacement - thank you. The carpet looks like new today, just like the first day of use. The annoying movement around the uprooted pieces of grass is no longer necessary.
