My mother was a nutritionist and meals were always balanced, even if she cooked them half asleep while we ate breakfast. Having learned this from my mother's womb, I followed the same standards of always handling multiple containers and staying on top of things. I love having a food container for variety in taste and texture. I especially like the fact that you can put leftovers inside so you can soon make a takeaway lunch. We stored and reused the so-called disposable containers from restaurants until they showed signs of wear, which always happened very quickly. The quality of these split food storage containers varies a lot and they are obviously built to last, plus they have more compartments and are deeper. Unlike glass, these are stackable for easy storage, which we think is a huge plus.
