Great concept but not perfect
I love the convenience and concept of this. And the variety of colors and sizes are awesome. I just have one complaint. When the bag is frozen, the sides are quite stiff due to the ice. It can be challenging to pack depending on how much you want to put in it. You basically can't stuff it. It would work better if they used a gel solution inside like they do for gel ice-packs. It would make it easier to maneuver when packing it. Not a deal breaker. Once packed, it stays cold for 4+hrs. Long enough to make it to lunch time.
