I received this to replace some white thermal paste in a random electronic part that I took apart to fix. After I fixed it, I had to put it back together so the heat could still dissipate. For that it worked great. It was good pasta when I got it. After leaving it for a while and then coming back to use it again for something else, it separated a bit and I ended up with a very runny white goo for a few drops, after which everything was back to normal. I wouldn't use it and wouldn't expect it to stick together a bit, but when the items are already bonded together it did a decent job of heat transfer.
