I purchased this camera for my 43' Winnebago Tour back in March of 2021. It was super easy to install and worked great for 11 months. Just recently while traveling, the image started to pixel. I contacted ZEROXCLUB about the issue and Susan replied immediately. She asked me to try a couple things and send them a photo of the image if I could. I did so and she replied almost immediately that it appeared the camera may have a issue. Susan asked for my address and wouldn't you know, a new camera appeared in my mailbox just 2 days later. I installed the new camera and everything is working perfectly. A huge thanks goes out to Susan and her tech personnel for the quick diagnosis and the new cam obsoletely free. I would definitely buy from this company again. Their customer service, communication, and product is superior! Thank you!
