Review on 🔦 Black Maglite Heavy-Duty Incandescent 4-Cell D Flashlight by Mario Anderson

I have owned Maglites of all sizes and types for many years. The only thing that killed them was a battery leak from a couple brands of alkaline batteries dying prematurely, Duracell has been the worst of them lately. One reviewer stated that he dropped the flashlight and it broke, another that the lens was fragile. Believe it or not, tonight as I held this new 4 element flashlight and my old 3 element Maglite LED outside to photograph the rays (see attached photos) I threw them onto the cement pavement . As a result, a few scratches, the bulb swelled from the impact, but still worked. I removed the lens, reinstalled the bulb and all is well. Pay attention to the photos: the bluish color is my LED and the other is this light. Both project well, but the LED produces more accurate colors and sharper detail. An image showing the pole and the light from dusk to dawn is about 300 feet away. In the picture showing the chain link fence, the height is about 200 feet. The reason I choose a D-cell and not a rechargeable flashlight is simple: if it runs out during a power outage, you can just put new batteries in and you're back in business, which is what with the many rechargeable flashlights sold today is not the case. Also the batteries are replaceable, in many of the best selling flashlights sold here on Revain they become dead meat after a few years, throw them away. The LED flashlight I compared photos to is over five years old. Not only did it fall victim to a Duracell battery leak, but I was able to clean it and get it working again.
