Not scratch resistant.
So maybe the review has two parts. I was so excited to receive them. I replaced my wandless Wolfgang puck set with these. I've cooked pasta in a pot, nothing fancy, just pasta in a box, the equivalent of mac cheese. At least found to be NOT SCRATCH RESISTANT.β Apparently stirring the noodles with a fork will scratch them. The surface is larger than I expected. I will be calling customer service on Monday to see if they will replace it as it was my first use. .Update decided to keep them because. They cook and clean well, we just don't use anything metal with them.
