So far so good, I bought this combo to replace head and shoulder products I was using. I have medium length hair and I was over applying my old shampoo. I had started a new bottle and all of a sudden it was extremely irritating my front scalp were I start shampooing. It got so bad that it burned and itches well into the next day. I started looking for an organic natural shampoo a few days later when I noticed the spot that was irritated lost a lot of hair. I have been using this new stuff since, for about a month, almost everyday. So far the irritated spot has gone away, no dought caused by the head and shoulders chemical burn. It is still healing and showing an improvement in hair density. I didn't buy this product to grow existing hair longer but to help repair the scalp to grow back the hair I lost and be it is a slow process so I did not expect miracles with this product to happen overnight. I bought two orders to give it a fair chance into two month territory. Here's what I like and don't like below.Pro- very gentle shampoo, does not burn or irritate scalp, pleasant smell, not oily or heavy and this does not weigh hair down.My opinion not a con, shampoo doesn't contain chemical lather agent so it doesn't feel like rich shampoo that builds suds and is easy to work into hair and scalp, this one goes on very thin and you have to spend more time working into hair and scalp and care is needed because medium to long hair can knot very easily since it lacks the chemical detangler in cheap shampoos. I have been adding a drop of their conditioner to the shampoo to aid this because I don't want to over work hair while I clean the scalp. The conditionervis very soft and best I've ever used, although I have noticed it tends to feel like my hair is stretching when I rinse it out. Some hairs that do fall out have a stretchy consistency before they snap from being pulled on both ends. Hair that falls out also seams healthier, like they are more thicker strands, not sure if it is water logged or the hair itself is better. It is expensive and I haven't tried other brands yet to compare and see what works best for me. I plan to try another product after this two month supply, if I end up liking this one better I will buy the bigger container as I think its slightly better price per quantity. This option works out to a little less than a dollar per day, not a big deal for me.Update 5/16/2016. It is now almost 8 weeks 3/23/2016 started using it, I can now see the results and my hair is growing back in the thin spots. I will continue to buy it as it is working for me.
