Not original DELL?
I can't get the multi-monitor feature to work. I have another Dell docking station that works fine. I've updated the dock drivers and firmware, but when I go to the support page on DELL.COM and enter the service tag or the Dell Express tag, DELL says it's not one valid number. The delivery is not original DELL, it is after-sales service supply.
