Review on 🌊 Enhanced Everspring ST812 Flood Detector with Z-Wave Wireless Technology by Ray Adair

Within 5 minutes of opening the ST812 flood sensor the SmartThings hub recognized the device and I had set up a connection to close the water valve, turn on the siren , turn on the lights and notify me if you get wet. I don't know about reliability or longevity yet, but judging by the apparent good quality of the device and how well it works once set up, I suspect it will be fine. This device replaced an Aeotec water sensor that was misconfigured with SmartThings and never reported its status. The cable to the probes of this device is also much longer and allows me to install it much better.
