Exactly what I needed!

I ordered one of these after my friend recommended it to get an even batter thickness. So far I like it very much! Using a rolling pin with no handles on the sides takes a little getting used to, but other than that it works like a charm. I bake a lot of cookies in the winter and cakes all year round so this will be a wonderful tool that will be used often to make all sorts of homemade treats.
