I love this thing! My husband loves it! It’s easy to clean and so helpful for cooking family sized batches in one go. It’s sturdy but not unwieldy. We’ve made toast, pancakes, hotdogs, hamburgers, grilled green beans, fried ham, arepe, browned tofu, grilled cheese, and omelets on it since we got it about a week ago. We have gas top stove so we lay this across 2 burners and fire them up to equal flames. The heat distribution is better than an electric griddle but obviously not perfect. The center remains slightly cooler than the ends directly over flames. For even cooking we rotate items over the hottest areas as the items are flipped.Between this thing and my instant pot, I’ve hardly touched my other pots and pans.20/10 would recommend.
