I had hoped that I could retire my two cast iron griddles that are such a pain to clean. Yes I read about curing them and did all the right things, but I'm just not worshiping at the cast iron alter any more. On the other hand, this aluminum non-stick can be washed with soap and water (yea).It was very non-stick when I bought it many months ago, but it seems like it is a bit harder to clean lately. This griddle does a great job for both grilling and frying and heats pretty evenly - as well as others I have owned. The only real drawback to it is that there is nothing to keep it in place so it tends to slide all over on the stove since it is so light. I resolved this by using a c-clamp but it would have been nice if they had mounded in small nubs that would lock it in place on the grates.

Hi, I bought this product for my Coleman 2 burner camp stove. The one problem is it slides around on the burner grates. But by pushing it to the back of the stove that problem was solved. I am very happy with the product. It cleans up with ease, it cooks very evenly, and it's not as heavy as cast iron would be. And I like that I can light one burner and after food is cooked slides to the other side of the grill and it stays warm while you cook the rest. I highly recommend this product.

I love this griddle! I needed something to cook big meals with--especially bacon and pancakes. I've tried bacon on the textured side and grilled cheese on the smooth side, both came out great. This griddle is well made and easy to clean. The middle is naturally not as hot as the area under direct heat but the heat distribution is enough to cook food in the middle. This product is also easy to clean. I'm already buying another one so that I can use both at the same time.

Love having this to make burgers, pancakes, bacon, grilled cheese, etc on this using my gas stovetop. Heat distribution is a little off but I move things around as I’m cooking and I’m never disappointed with the end product. It’s light weight, super easy to clean (I wipe, rinse and put in the dishwasher), and stores easily. I’ve put in the dishwasher at least 50 times and still has held up.looks as good as it did when I opened it.

I love this thing! My husband loves it! It’s easy to clean and so helpful for cooking family sized batches in one go. It’s sturdy but not unwieldy. We’ve made toast, pancakes, hotdogs, hamburgers, grilled green beans, fried ham, arepe, browned tofu, grilled cheese, and omelets on it since we got it about a week ago. I LOVE this griddle. It is perfect for grilling on one side and a go-to for cooking breakfast on the other side. I bought this because my mom's stove is a porcelain glass topHave used it twice before. Did a good job. And easy to clean. Alot nicer than my cast iron grill top I use for my gas stove. And that one is a pain in the ass to clean

I put this on the right side of my cooktop which has 2 different burner sizes. Initially I was worried that the medium back burner would be cooler than the large front burner. This has done a fantastic job of heat distribution. The food cooks evenly and at the same rate over either burner area. Cleanup is so easy. The non-stick surface wipes clean with ease. If you want to cook burgers you can use the grill side and if you want pancakes, use the griddle side.

The Griddle Grill Pan is a simple, strong and quality product. I've used it many times for dinner during the week and on Sundays for football parties. I use the grill side more for vegetables, burgers, cheese toast and sandwhiches. Heat distribution is excellent. Fits on my stove nicely. Cleans easy. Great value.
