Don't listen to people who put this on the counter and say it's uneven, what I got was perfect. I placed it on a precisely flat surface and tested it with feeler gauges. I didn't get past anything until I got 0.003 inches, which is exactly the accuracy it advertises. I've used it to set up jointers and it was spot on. It was a great product for the money.
