My actual rating is 3.5 stars. I took off half a star because it stretched out in the wash. I would order your normal size. I ordered a size up thinking I needed to do so, but it was too big. It's nice and comfortable. You could potentially wear it for work if your office is more casual. It looks cute for running errands. The material is soft, breathable and stretchy.
