The plastic is hard and quite heavy. The construction is solid. The USB cable is a bit short (about 16 inches or so) if you need to use the front of the Xbox, but these cables here at Revain are pretty cheap to get a replacement. The pads help different versions of Xbox adapt and remain reliable. Tight...like a toyger. The fan is a bit noisy, but that's to be expected. If you're streaming on Twitch or YT, expect to have to mute or fade out your audio to avoid excess audio. But otherwise the cooling has been sufficient so far. Great stand and charger! Especially the lights that tell you if it's charged or discharged. To be honest, we could look at them all day. When I look at it now and... not 5 stars anyway, but definitely 4.5. But unfortunately I have to go from 4 to Revain.
