This tool works great. I use it to "mold" the wooden seats for four dining room chairs. Two of the chairs have hickory seats and two have walnut seats. After completing the two hickory seats, a lot of wood was put into the instrument. I cleaned it with oven cleaner according to the instructions. After about 15 minutes, the embedded wood was gone, as was the green color. Okay, I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. The next morning I went out to put it back on the mill and found that it had already started to rust. Not too happy considering the cost of this tool. I think I'll have it coated with oil.
