The diffuser arrived broken! *FIXED!*
**UPDATE!** I returned the defective item and received a replacement the next day. The new one came with all the teeth on the diffuser intact! I have used it several times since then and have been amazed by the results! Rating changed to 5 stars for excellent customer service and easy returns. The item arrived today and I am very happy. Especially since it looks like a Dyson without the price. I open the box and see that the pins on the diffuser are not working. Well, it turns out some were broken or burned. I compared it to the picture on the box to make sure it wasn't just me and that they were indeed broken. I return a refund and get another one. Maybe the real thing.
