Terrible packaging, so far the products I've bought from Amazon, no seller has packaged so terribly, the shampoo leaked, since it didn't bother order to check if the dispenser is clogged, it lost 10% of the shampoo everywhere because the shampoo does not foam. I pumped out more and more shampoo to get a decent lather which spread all over my hair during use soft water the shampoo worked well along with the conditioner kept my hair tangle free the conditioner is the best part i have only used them once and i need to use more to rate them properly, also used the serum and like as a result the hair was shiny and not tangled, wish they were more manageable as the hair is dry at the end of the day If you are using a hair system, it is better to invest in them than a salon or pharmacy to keep your hair revitalized
