This is a good looking website and a pretty easy to use platform.

This is a nice looking website and a pretty easy to use platform. However, it's difficult to figure out where to start and I'm not finding any real value in the product. The pricing model is also fairly complicated and confusing. I am actually having a hard time figuring out exactly what I'm paying for (or if I'm paying for anything). Also, I've noticed that the customer service is lacking. The only thing I'm happy with is the design, and I would say that I don't think the customer service is worth the price.

Pros

This is a very visually appealing product, and as a web developer myself I appreciate clean, attractive code.
It is a simple, intuitive site to build your own models from scratch.
