Great product & great Customer Service

A/B testing; it is very user friendly, I like that you can set up experiments without much difficulty (it's fairly easy). You should try out some add ins in order to make your life easier. We currently use the 'Create Mailings' feature which requires us to write HTML code and we need experience with this as our team doesn't include any developers working there yet! But all my problems so far have been solved by their amazing customer support though. This service has helped me increase conversions among other things through its ability of building personalized communication campaigns between customers and myself. The best thing about BenchMail is the ease of use. It is very simple to set up and use. I love the ability to segment my lists based on behavior. The ability to get a good idea of the open rates and click through rates for each segment is helpful. I don't like that it is not a free tool. I would like to use it for free, but it is not free. I have been able to segment my lists and get a good idea of how to improve my open rates and click through rates.
