Slow Drain - Now I see many other Slow Drain reviews! - Updated - Updated again

I bought the unit and installed it following the instructions. A light coat of installation grease was applied to the O-ring and other connection points. I can reduce the leakage to one or two drops per minute, but when you touch the case, more water spills out. Sorry for the time and money spent on this device. The price is great, but a failed product is not a bargain at any price. I want to get a replacement for a product that isn't defective, but I can't contact the company directly so I seem to be stuck. I ordered a Culligan filter to replace this one. ========================== Updated 6/24/21: I have received two emails from their customer service department in response to my post. ---------- After carefully reviewing our technical team, and here is our suggestion. This can be caused by the following factors: 1 - O-ring problem: Please help to check if the O-ring is installed correctly, check if it is damaged. If it is damaged, we can send you a new O-ring for free. 2 - Filter element problem: Check whether the filter element is installed correctly, if the filter element is too long, which may cause poor sealing and water leakage. .After removing the cartridge, leave the case without filter, check whether the leakage is caused by the filter element. Can you try again if it works? If the problem persists, please let me know so that I can offer you a suitable solution later. I have replaced this product with I sent them information about the Culligan filter I bought as a replacement. To my surprise the company replied the same day saying they would send me a set of replacement filter cartridges to fit my new unit. I feel like the company wants to support their product and I only wish I could find a way to contact them in a more timely manner. I have a feeling they are trying to do the right thing. ------ 07/14/2021 - Last week I received a box of four replacement filters for my Calligan. Although my original filter housing was defective, I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because I believe anyone can have a defective unit and good customer service should be rewarded.
