There is nothing special in the box apart from a protective glass, an alcohol swab, a "dust removal" sticker and a plastic wiper. Installation was easy and took maybe a minute. Half the time, all you have to do is wipe the screen with an alcohol wipe. Because the margins on these laptops are so big. , precise alignment is not so critical. That being said, the cutouts for the microphone array and camera at the top aren't exactly ideal. I think the two holes in my screen protector are maybe a millimeter off. Nothing disturbs, but a microphone and my main camera are not exactly in the middle of the cutouts. However. Visually it is perfect. It seems to match the glossiness of the standard screen perfectly. When applying I had 3 small air bubbles. All 3 could be easily levered out from the side with the supplied plastic scraper. With the lid closed, I couldn't tell any difference or gap. So far I think it's a $16 well spent.
