Perfect for breakfast rolls
Perfect for breakfast rolls. People who complain that they don't work because "the egg runs out from under the ring" don't know how to fry scrambled eggs. The pan must be hot before breaking the egg. I spray the pan and Pam ring, heat them, boil the egg, then cover the pot with a lid, add some water and remove from heat. The steam will cook the top layer of the egg perfectly (just leave it while you cook the English muffin and sausage). Great find, great work!
