Maybe too small in my rating.
This is a very cute hat but it was too small for my 18 year old with his head. I ordered the largest size and it still runs small. I know his head is bigger than most babies but that's why I ordered a larger size.

- This hat was perfect for the boat trip we traveled in... If you tighten it it stays on you even in the wind...
- I didn't like how it came under her chin, I didn't want to stay where I put it.
