I recommend this as it's well made, doesn't leak and is 5/8" in diameter. I pressure tested it with the end cap and bent it around, mind you with the rotating spring it can be difficult to tighten and I had to lightly clamp the brass end with a vise; You can't pinch the hose, and the female end rotates, as does the spring. large rotating female end as I lost some power. I use it in a semi-permanent situation. I really like it and use it between my water filter and water softener for water on the way to my RV. Highly recommend another type for sale. I wish it was 18-24 inches but they don't make drinking water hose that long and it costs $$ to buy a longer one, cut it and attach an adapter and there is no drinking hose -Spring water or non-bendable type.
