In order for this product to work for you, YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. I microwave mine for a little over 15 minutes (about 18 minutes) because it loses heat fairly quickly and needs to be a little hot for it to grab hair and wax pads. Please do not microwave for more than 18 minutes, otherwise you will get severe burns. It's easy to do leg waxing yourself, but get help waxing your armpits and bikini line if you can. This product definitely saved me a few bucks. It comes with 10 reusable wax strips, but I advise you to purchase additional non-woven wax strips. I don't expect anyone to wash and reuse wax strips (I won't).
