I ordered this replacement toner cartridge for my Brother HL-2240 laser printer back in December 2014, but after milking my old cartridge for another 9 months. only received as a replacement today (end of September 2015). I was concerned that such a cheap replacement cartridge ($10) might perform poorly or not at all, but it seems to do the job (although the printed text appears a little lighter than usual). The cartridge was packaged very well, wrapped in thicker bubble wrap than usual and placed in a cardboard box. And the instructions that came with it were VERY well written, with illustrations. One page explained how to replace the cartridge and the other the standard solution (how to hold down the 'GO' button etc.) when the cartridge is not recognized by the printer. In my case, the installation went smoothly and no further steps were required. What's really amazing about this product is its price: replacing a new toner cartridge at an office supply store will cost you over $50. You can buy this for LESS THAN 1/5 the PRICE! So far, so good!
