Overall a good product for the price. I love the color and the bottom shelf is great for coffee mugs! I love that I can have a tiered basket for coffee cups and fruit so I don't have multiple items on my kitchen counter - it's a great decluttering tool. I jumped between the 2nd and 3rd level but I'm glad I chose the 3rd level. Unless you want three tiers and only two, it's fully functional and still looks great unless you only install the third tier. So if you can't decide, I recommend choosing the 3rd level. Installation was super easy and quick. My only complaint and the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it's a bit more wobbly than I thought it would be. BUT overall it's still solid so a little wobble doesn't hurt at all. Also, I don't put heavy objects in it, so I don't have to worry about it tipping over somehow.
