Everything was fine with the computer. I hate the vertical CD-ROM flap. First of all I came across it with the door open and it cost me over $200 to replace. Tried an external CD drive and it didn't work with Windows 10. I sent it back. I have one that said it was compatible but only worked when connected to the rear USB cable. I tried using a USB extension cable to make the device easily acceptable, but anything other than a short USB cable didn't work. This meant I had to move my desk to plug it in every time. I sent it back. In the end you had to buy from HP and of course no discount. After $206 I got the original CD drive. Now when I use it, the door on the opposite side of my computer opens, so I have to fight to get the CD into the drive. It's a huge pain in the ass. I will never buy a computer with a vertical CD drive again.
