The software required to use this controller (EXE download from Logitech) does not work in the middle of the installation (grey Next button). Logitech's FAQ mentions a solution to this problem, and the solution instructs you to download a ZIP file that contains device drivers that need to be accessed manually through Device Manager (Win 10). However, the FAQ links to the Saitek page, which in turn links directly to the original Logitech EXE download. The controller is unusable. I searched the Logitech website and couldn't find a zip file with the drivers. I searched the internet and found malware posing as a driver. Update: Logitech Support couldn't read my ticket or understand the issue and instead wasted my time with irrelevant suggestions. Sent back as defective
