Product well finished and well packaged. Customer service was top notch! In fact, customer service is the only reason I haven't returned them yet. The instructions could use some tweaking to make more sense, but I'd still give 4 stars. My biggest complaint so far is that you have to remove the screw on the frame (I don't know if that's what it's actually called, but that's what the instructions say) but the instructions don't say you need a removal tool, or what size you need require. It looks like it will fit a 3/4" socket, but even my impact wrench can't get it out! I don't want to take it apart so I gave up after three tries. The other issue is that the inner fender covers most of the wheel arch, which is great, but if you have longer quick releases they rattle against the inner fender. Considering the price, I wouldn't mind bending it - if I ever put them in. Update the review once I either send it back or find some magical way around the issues.
