WigZO Is Good But Room For Improvement

What I like most about wigzo are its features; however, some of them have been improved in newer versions (2.0). Also, there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of UI/UX. Also, it's not very easy to use the platform for beginners, which can be frustrating at times. One good thing is that you can easily build your own flows without using any code. We were looking for a CRM software, but didn't want to go for a third party as it would cause us a lot of problems down the line when we move on to new companies, etc. This helped us manage our contacts across different industries, and also helped us get leads and send emails out to prospects.
