I bought this for my son, he is very tall for his age and I heard that TH works for a long time so I thought it would be perfect but when he tried it on, it turned out to be small. I felt I had to order double the size, he usually wears a size 16-28 (men's SM) infant carrier so I ordered 16-18 in TH but it wasn't the same as CP fits him better when I next time I buy this brand for him I have to buy a men's size M
