I sleep on my side and this pillow helps me sleep a lot better. When I'm in it, the back supports me, the upper cushions my head, and the front supports my leg and arm so I don't crush myself. I always sleep better with this pillow. I'm giving it four stars because I didn't like the velvety material of the pillow, so I bought a pair of 100% cotton pillowcases to keep the pillow nice and cool. I'll keep the velvet cover that came with it for the winter. With this pillow, you have to remember that it needs to be fluffed every few months to redistribute the material inside. To do this, hang a pillow over the door and slide the fabric through the pillowcase. If the material is distributed correctly, it is as good as new. I sleep much better with this pillow.
