Despite being a satisfied customer of JOBST for many years, I am deeply dissatisfied with my most recent interaction with the business. I recently bought some medical compression stockings, but when they arrived, I discovered that the cloth was flawed in several places. JOBST's support staff was unhelpful and unresponsive when I asked for a substitute. It took me several tries to reach someone, and when I did, they refused to repair the item or issue a refund. When I went to their store to attempt to talk to someone in person about the problem, I was met with rude and unhelpful service. From a company that boasts of selling medical supplies, I was stunned by the poor level of customer service and quality control. In general, dealing with JOBST has been a source of frustration and disappointment for me. My health and well-being depend on their products, so I have greater standards for both quality and service. In the future, I plan to take my company elsewhere.
