Due to previous problems with the Z series and very poor creative software, I didn't want to buy another SB product. I decided to give them another chance and damn it I regret every step of my decision. I wanted to go for true professional audio equipment instead of some other useless "gaming" audio solution. Questions: SOFTWARE! :God I thought NZXT had bad software, SB Command takes over, this software is so unstable, it crashes all the time, you do too much, it crashes. When you change the output it crashes, you just want to sit and listen to music or play a game or watch a video, it crashes and the software not only crashes but takes the device with it and forces you to restart. Sound is mediocre: It works with my DT990 Pro and my SHP9500, but lacks sound compared to my budget FX-Audio DAC X-6. Support: Creative has grown into a company that produces good products in theory and on paper, but fails. go through each level. They started well and emailed a nice little diagnostic tool to maybe find errors in my OS or HW configuration and waited a few days for them to analyze the results. The response I received was nothing short of shocking. "Please try uninstalling and reinstalling SB Command, if that doesn't work try older versions" What a joke, joke product, joke software and joke support. Buy something from an excellent company.
