My friends The AC condenser fan has stopped working. This is a direct replacement. It was a little difficult to install. There are sharp edges and I accidentally cut my finger. I had to wear my mechanical gloves to avoid this. Also, the top two screw holes matched while the bottom screw hole was slightly higher. I was able to secure it, but only the top half of the washer could catch the V notch on the bottom clasp.
