The best winter running jacket.
I live in Northwest Pennsylvania and run outside year round. This is by far the best winter running jacket I own. I run 5-6 days a week in all kinds of inclement winter weather and this jacket keeps the wind and rain out and keeps me warm. If you hate the treadmill but want to brave the elements, this jacket is for you.
