The ease in which you can send out automatic responses to any questions or communications through customer service, great for small business! As far as I remember no other product allowed such easy use with so many fields (website names). There are options missing from this software - e-commerce functionality would probably be nice too but otherwise it's ok if all needs could already have been included by default like most competitors do nowadays anyway ;-) We're using Redlink mainly within our call centers where we automate multiple outgoing calls at one time depending upon each incoming communication via social media/chat etc., saving work hours per day compared ot manual handling; It saves an incredible amount og human resources! The best thing about this software is its customization. I can customize my emails to suit my needs, and it's very easy to use as well. There are some minor bugs with the software which need to be fixed. But, overall, I think this is one of the best mail marketing software out there. It has helped me increase our customer base by quite a bit. We used to send out newsletters via paper mails to our customers, but now we send them through email campaigns.
