This is the only grip I use on my racquets. They're a little difficult to put on, but worth it. Step 1: Remove the old/factory grip from the racquet. Cut off any large pieces of glue or resin. Step 2: Remove the cable. Otherwise it bothers. Step 3: Lubricate BOTH the handle and the inside of the handle. I use WD40 but you can use many other products. Step 4: Put the handle on the handle. It's very tight, so you'll probably have to tighten and twist it at the same time. If it's really difficult, you haven't used enough lube. Step 5: Wash off excess lube and leave to dry overnight. Please note: I've read some reviews that suggest using spray glue to glue the handle. You can certainly do that, but I've never had one of these grips slip off after it's been there overnight. I find it overkill to use spray adhesive, especially if you don't cure fast enough.
