Review on 📷 REOLINK RLC-511 PoE Camera: 4X Optical Zoom, Auto-Focus, 5MP Super HD, Smart Home Compatible, IP Security, IR Night Vision, Remote Access via Phone App by Rachel Guzman

I had a Reolink RLC-411S which had a much higher resolution than this camera but it broke and stopped communicating. After getting this as a replacement it was such a downgrade. A downgrade I didn't want. I went from around 3200 x 1800 resolution (see model 411s for specifics) to what this offers. The old model could still distinguish license plates, but that is out of the question with this 511 model. Lots of glare from the sun makes it look overexposed, and let's not even talk about night vision bouncing back into the camera. I love that it has one-way audio to hear what's going on, but that doesn't make up for the drop in quality. I think Reolink needs to revive and upgrade the 411s quickly and increase the quality to 8MP, so 4K, or at least very close to it, using all the design and features of the 511. If that doesn't happen, I feel like maybe even switching to another brand.
