Fits the filter cap and all but it seems to be too small given the 10 or so BMWs I've used it on since I got it always received sticks to the lid and is difficult to get out. I love that I can use it to tighten the cap, but it's too small and for anyone who works on cars it's a hassle to wiggle and pry the sockets open. I've never had this problem with my other oil filters. Besides, it's beautiful
