Non-toxic for outdoor sports and play

Unfortunately I tried to return this item as it was not labeled as non-toxic and harmful if swallowed. I certainly can't use it as intended with my toddler who probably won't drink it but is unpredictable for finger dipping. The packaging says Made in USA which I love. They didn't want to return it so it could be given to a child who I know is 7 years old and I don't have to worry about swallowing.
