A good way make sure customers feel heard

The main is that you can see the reports of the users in a single place. I think it has a great advantage when you have to know more about the projects that your team has. If you do not know the tools of Salesforce, then it is not the best experience manager for you. I recommend it. It's not so difficult to learn it. You can do a lot of things with it. The only thing that I do not like in it is that I can not compare two different reports in one place. I like that it's easy to use. We can easily create an experience which is specific to our needs. It has helped us keep track of customer experiences with ease as well as creating new ones. There isn't much functionality outside of Google Forms, but we are looking into adding more integrations in the future. This tool helps us manage user feedback better by keeping everything organized. It also makes it easier to see what users think about experiences before they have even had them!
